ENVIRONMENT: Our client creates bespoke real-time solutions where a pre-existing software solution does not exist. their best performing employees thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate curiosity, and have experience in building digital transformation solutions for a wide variety of corporate clients. They are looking for a business consulting manager to interface with clients, capture and improve business requirements to be implemented by small high performing development teams. DUTIES: Lead client relationships at a working level and take responsibility for requirements capture and improvement design. Work closely with a highly skilled small development team to transition the design into actionable development projects. Design solutions aimed at rapidly improving the performance of our customers' businesses. Build robust business cases that identify and deliver digital improvements across all aspects of business operations. Maintain and cultivate client relationships throughout projects to gain a deep understanding of relevant business issues and digital priorities. Define a set of business requirements in collaboration with technical specialists. Translate business requirements into solutions that can be developed and/or managed within the company's Platform. REQUIREMENTS: Background Experience : Previous experience working in a consulting environment, with a focus on project-based client relationships, deal origination, selling, and solution design for complex business process improvement. Collect requirements and improve solutions for digital solutions. Execute "design led solution" workshops. Redesign business processes. Define information and data requirements that meet the digital needs of our clients. Oversee digital implementations. ATTRIBUTES: Curious enough to understand business issues and understand the business cases. Have a strong background in analysis and the used of tools to diagnose business model improvements and protect against risk. Demonstrates a strong track record of completing complex analysis and preparing impactful messages for senior stakeholders.
