We are urgently looking for TENDER OFFICER WITH PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in Qatar working in procurement, with specific experience in tender management. Experience in Construction Industry is a plus. Strong understanding of procurement regulations and processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Certification in procurement or related field is a plus.
