Requirements 2+ years of experience in SME credit risk management. Research and evaluate clients' creditworthiness. Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses. Create credit scoring models to predict risks. Develop, review, and update our company's credit policies. Assess and improve current practices and procedures to ensure the best industry standards. An analytical approach to work, good with processing and analyzing complex data. An affinity for systems and automation of work. Experience working within a culture that requires adaptability, fast decision-making, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
