Job Description: Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join the team as the Director of E-commerce Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance the online customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, develop innovative digital initiatives, and optimize the e-commerce platform for maximum performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals to drive revenue growth, increase online traffic, and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce technology, digital marketing, and customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support e-commerce operations and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving online customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative digital strategies.
  • Experience managing teams and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
