Primary Responsibilities: Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, and deductions etc. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data. Ensure compliance local payroll laws and KSA Labor Law & regulations. Manage payroll taxes and ensure timely filing and payment in coordination with Accounts & HR. Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll/overtime issues and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and submit payroll reports, and salary deposit statements to Line Manager/Management. Coordinate with HR to ensure proper employee data management, including new hires, promotions, terminations, Leave or Final settlement (ESOB) and changes in payroll status. Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports. Assist with audits and provide documentation as required. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations. Any other task assigned by Line Manager Education/Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or Human Resources or equivalent field. Experience Required: 3 to 4 years' experience in managing full payroll process for work force of 400+ employees. Key Competencies & Skills: Proficiency with payroll software preferably ADP or (Paychex, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic). Certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
