Pastry Sous Chef

Embark on a journey with us as a Pastry Sous Chef the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This role requires someone who will primary responsibility for the Pastry Sous Chef to assist the Executive Pastry Chef in direction.A little of your day-to-day:• Inspects all bakery items upon completion to ensure they have been prepared correctly and attractively.• Supervises the preparation and production of all baked goods• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for baking• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needsWhat we need from you:• Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls and/or other baked goods• Keen attention to detail.• Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
