Requirement:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on concierge services or hospitality.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems to manage inquiries and provide timely responses.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Familiarity with Dubai and its attractions, restaurants, and services is highly desirable.
