Job Responsibilities:
Planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of SAP HCM solutions in the domain of expertise
Adopting a consultative selling and best practices process driven approach to address business compelling events with best practices solutions and drive value-driven outcomes
Using standard SAP projects delivery methodology effectively when performing all tasks.
Managing key decision makers in HR, business process owners, and systems users to address business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues in SAP HCM.
Integration of new companies (acquisitions) into SAP from an SAP HCM perspective
Suggest modules/products which would add value to the business from HR Management perspective
Job Requirements:
A degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or relevant)
10+ years SAP HCM functional consulting expertise with at least 3 full-cycle implementations, of which at least 1 is in the latest SAP HANA technology suite.
Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
Techno-functional skillset with relevant SAP HCM certifications will be an added advantage.
