Job Responsibilities:
Once a restaurant has agreed to partner with us, you'll own the relationship until they're live and ready to accept orders. This will include retrieving onboarding details, uploading them to our systems and helping them to get set up, handling any issues they have around launch.
You'll work cross-functionally with our Sales, Production and Account Management team to ensure our new restaurants can seamlessly transition into their partnership with Deliveroo.
Work with the Partner Services team to refine and hone our processes
Ensure restaurants are fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership
Job Requirements:
Assist the commercial team in onboarding new restaurant partners
Responding to emails and calls from our restaurant partners
Administrative assistance to restaurants partners until they go live
Resolving restaurant complaints via email or phone until they go live
