Meat Cutter

Job Duties: Cut and trim meat, poultry & fish on customers demand. Use power grinders and slicing machines to grind meat and poultry. Prepare special display of meat, poultry and fish in the restaurant. Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and wrap prepared meats, poultry & fish. Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry using knives & Band saw. Check out the food storage conditions on regular basis. Receive and store merchandise in accordance with the companys regulated standards. Job Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required. Experience will be an asset. Terms of Employment: - Wages: - $29.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.
