Role: Soft Services ManagerLocation: Saudi Arabia Jeddah Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only Responsibilities:Develop and implement an annual operational plan for the janitorial department, outlining strategic goals, resource allocation, and budget management.Uphold and enforce the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct within the janitorial team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.Oversee the training and evaluation of cleaning supervisors, fostering continuous development to enhance skillsets and leadership capabilities.Manage the day-to-day operations of the janitorial department, ensuring efficient personnel allocation and scheduling to deliver seamless service across all areas.Serve as the primary point of contact for all janitorial service inquiries, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with all levels of management, staff, guests, and stakeholders.Proactively address guest and internal customer complaints regarding cleaning services, resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.Develop and maintain the departmental work schedule, ensuring proper staffing allocation for events and high-traffic periods to maintain exceptional customer experience.Requirements:Bachelors degree in hospitality management 10-15 years of janitorial experience.5-star hotel expertise.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Apply Now Email: sawan@domomena.com
