You're passionate about events and have proven experience managing end-to-end projects for your clients and ensuring high quality, on-time delivery of work. You have planning and organizational skills embedded in your DNA, are a ninja negotiator and a hard-core multitasker. You are not afraid to pick up the phone to resolve issues with clients and do not leave any stone unturned looking for ways to generate new business. A considerate leader with great listening skills, you enjoy managing and mentoring team members and acting as point person for clients and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Present EGG's expertise to your clients to develop opportunities to grow our accounts
Attend kick-off and coordination meetings to our proposal is aligned with the clients' expectations
Provide strong consultation to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Guide and advise event project managers
Develop a trusting relationship with your clients
Be key to resolving client issues
Negotiate contracts
