Assistant Store Manager needed in Port Elizabeth in the Walmer areaOur client in the retail industry is currently seeking bright, bubbly, and energetic staff to join their team. Requirements (Non-negotiable):-Must have Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail store. Preferably someone who worked with linen, cutlery or crockery.-Matric-Clear criminal record-Must be hardworking, punctual, friendly and maintain professionalism-Retail experience-Must live in Port Elizabeth and can travel easily to Walmer Assistant Store Manager responsibilitiesSupervise and train staffReview staff performance and offer constructive feedbackCollaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goalsPurchase inventory based on current trends, availability of new products and customer interestDisplay merchandise to maximize purchasing appealOrganize sales and product demonstrationsWrite sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvementsInteract with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
