Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Advisor based in Centurion.Requirements:Ability to influence.Communicates effectively.Action oriented.Situational adaptability.Optimises work processes.Matric.RE Certificate.Short-term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification or credits.2+ years' experience within a sales outbound call centre.Fluent in English and one other official language.Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper criteria.Be available to work shifts as well as overtime.Solid sales track record.Solid out-bound call centre experience and skills.Leads warm-up and cold-calling will be mandatory.Knowledge of short-term insurance processes, procedures and business rules- advantageous.Clean record of accomplishment in terms of adherence to quality standards and compliance.Consistent target achievement. Responsibilities:Consistently meeting sales targets.Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes.Offer outstanding customer experience.Ensure strict adherence to workforce scheduling. This is a 5-month contract position.
