Join us in creating a new standard for wealth management: About The Role As a Brokerage Pricing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue across various customer segments. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and pricing methods employed by other market players. Responsibilities Develop and implement pricing models that maximize revenue across different customer segments, taking into account market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to alignpricing strategies with business objectives and customer needs. Conduct regular pricing reviews and performance analysis to evaluate theeffectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and reports to track keyperformance indicators and communicate insights to management. Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends that may impact pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed. Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure they are equipped to communicate pricing strategies effectively to clients. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure pricing strategiesare aligned with financial goals and objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related roles within the brokerage or financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and pricing methodsemployed by competitors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drawactionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex pricing strategies to various stakeholders. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results.
