Responsible for planning, development, execution, and performance of the organization's Group Corporate Sales and Marketing strategy for delivering market-leading capabilities in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to maximize the profitability of the company while driving growth. Oversee the development, implementation, and management of all Marketing support services at a tactical level and both digital and traditional channels to ensure the effective implementation of the Group Corporate Sales and Marketing strategy to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Job Requirements You will be responsible for the following but not limited to; Manage and oversee the performance of the marketing team; Articulation and management of the desired corporate image and position; Develop and manage the corporate branding plans, both long-term and annually, including monitoring and evolving brand positioning and value proposition; Oversee the development of the company's digital strategy and ensure successful execution; Develop a data-driven strategic vision around segmentation, personalization, optimization, and product offering. Assess the need to redefine segmentation and implement possible targeting strategies as required; Develop a continually evolving in-depth marketing analytics tracking tool and scorecard to track and assess the overall performance of all report functions against strategic goals to ensure targets are being met; Leverage analytics to execute tactical and innovative initiatives to drive customer activation, retention, loyalty, and reactivation through sophisticated segment campaigns and behavioral triggers, including the adoption of new channels; Leverage the insights from all analytics to make decisions and implement enhancements in response to outcomes; Foster and empower cross-functional working teams and lead and manage the integration of successful cross-channel strategy; Manage and oversee the full customer journey and ensure consistent and optimized brand communications and experiences; Manage the conception and implementation of consolidated marketing campaigns and calendars, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an appropriate balance between customer experience, brand development is achieved; Partner with key stakeholders to understand vertical market needs/opportunities and identify opportunities to increase market penetration; Manage and oversee the designing and execution of the marketing strategies for properties to promote customer awareness and company image in order to drive value for all associated brands/units in order to maximize revenue; Minimum Criteria 4-year degree in Marketing (including Honours) is essential; MBA would be preferable; 10+ years' experience in the marketing field of which at least 5 years should have been at a Senior Management level responsible for brand strategy and brand positioning development; Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the development and strategic guidance of Digital Strategies and Cross Channel Strategies in a senior/executive capacity within a large organization; Executive leadership experience leading and managing several Brands within a group function of a large organization; Strong track record in developing and executing data-centric marketing strategies and tactics, leveraging and optimizing channels and communication strategies; Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to analyze and interpret data and financial statements; A proven track record in developing and managing budgets and managing cross-functional teams; Big picture thinking and strong leadership skills; Sound written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate at varying levels; Above average analytical ability and critical thinking skills; Ability to respond calmly under pressure, manage conflict and make rational decisions when required; High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
