The successful candidate will split time equally to support (i) Blackhawk's core business of stored value products through retail, incentive, and ecommerce channels, and (ii) Blackhawk's procurement of strategic global software, products, and services. This position requires a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and "outside the box" thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to manage changing priorities and a diverse range of legal duties, and a desire to innovate, grow and excel. The preferred candidate will possess an understanding of and experience with consumer protection, digital commerce, prepaid card products, software licensing agreements, as well as relevant regulatory frameworks.
