Job Purposes:The Executive Education Technology and Grants is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the Learning Academy's educational technology initiatives and grant funding activities. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, integration of educational systems, and securing grant funding for various initiatives. The incumbent will manage the Education Technology Manager and the Grants and Investments Manager to ensure alignment with the Academy's goals and objectives.Minimim Qualification:A Degree or Diploma in Datametrics/Computer Science (NQF Level 7),Information Technology, or a related field.Desirable Qualifications:Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Business Management or Information Systems.Minimum Experience:10 years of experience in technology, contact/call centres, grant management, or related fields.Proven track record in strategic planning and operational management in educational technology and grants.Experience in managing integration projects with enterprise or similar systems.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Key Performance areas:Strategic LeadershipEducational Technology ManagementGrants and Investments ManagementOperational ManagementStakeholder Relationship ManagementPeople Management and Development
