Your dedication to implementing effective sales strategies will be key. Your primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong, lasting relationships with customers.Minimum Requirements:Matric or equivalent certificateProficient in MS OfficeValid drivers license5 - 10 years experience in a similar field/previous experience in paint application and or waterproofing (would be advantageous)Duties:Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with key decision-makers such as architects, quantity surveyors, facilities managers, asset managers, construction managers, property managers, property developers, etc.Specify key products and categories with architects and other key stakeholders in the construction fieldExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
