Job details
•Manage allocated branch.•Opening and closing of branch.•Give full support to all staff.•Ensure necessary and correct staff is employed at all times. •Carry out growth plan and strategy required by directors. •Effective warehouse and stock control / daily / weekly stock checks. •Ensure sales enquiries are dealt with daily. •Quotes must be done daily. •Effective customer service in place at all times. •Collection and deliveries to customers and suppliers. •Effective management of daily invoices / Pod's / delivery notes.•Back order stock management. •Manage internal stock transfers (IBT).•Effective management of cash sales.•GRN / Supplier invoices to be signed off and ensure correct purchase prices. •Management of Credit Notes.•Manage monthly stock orders and ensure MOQ's are in place. •Petty cash management.•Manage fixed assets register.•Staff time / leave management / overtime. •Management of all new appointments and resignations and staff related issues. •Audit of daily sales invoicing to customers PO's ensure invoicing is done correctly. •Loss control management and implementing policy and procedures. •Effective fuel management of all company vehicles. •Resolving head office requirements and necessary head office feedback. •Sales growth strategy to be implemented to ensure branch does not run at a loss. •Manage Income and Expenses of branch. •Manage branch budgets.
