We seek a passionate and creative Wellbeing Associate to join our dynamic HR team and lead our Vibe module.Engagement & Wellbeing Associate Role:As an Engagement & Wellbeing Associate, you will be at the forefront of fostering a positive work environment. Your role will involve crafting and implementing well-being initiatives that enhance employee experience.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and execute innovative well-being programs and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.· Manage and lead the Vibe module in our HR system, ensuring it reflects our company's culture and values.· Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, surveys, voting, blogs, podcasts, interactive challenges, Competitions, games, inspirational stories, event announcements and recaps…etc.· Collaborate with various departments to gather feedback and measure the impact of well-being programs.· Plan, organize, and oversee the coordination of events.· Develop and implement an engagement plan for new joiners.· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee well-being and incorporate them into our programs.Requirements:· Proven experience in graphic design and content creation demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing your work.· Proficiency in popular design tools and software such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).· A background in HR, psychology, or a related field is preferred.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas.·
