About Our Client Our client is a technology company based in the area of Den Haag. We are looking for an interim HR BP to support their HR department with their workload, for an initial period of 3 months (with the potential for extension). Job Description As an interim HR BP, you will:Performance Management: Define and guide actions, projects, performance processes and improvement plans.Assessment and Development: Facilitate assessments and implement strategies.Change Management: Support and communicate organisational changes.Policy and Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies.Strategic Partnering: Align HR strategy with business goals and provide insights, advice, and guidance to managers on employee relations, engagement, L&D, and more The Successful ApplicantPrevious experience within HR BP or similar rolesKnowledge and experience of WorkdayMust have experience working with a works council/ondernemingsraad and managing labour relations.Working proficiency in both Dutch and English What's on Offer Interim HR BPASAP startInitial 3 month assignment40h a weekHybrid working If you are interested and meet the criteria, please contact Olivia Mullen at or +316 10 36 87 94
