Overview Hire Resolve's Client is urgently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Key Accounts Manager in Cape Town, specializing in the logistics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts within the logistics industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements. Your expertise and industry knowledge will enable you to effectively analyze market trends and provide insights to clients on the latest developments in the logistics industry. Responsibilities Manage and develop key client accounts within the logistics industry Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and onsite visits Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking Understand clients' logistics needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the logistics industry Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to potential clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the logistics industry Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and understanding of its trends, challenges, and opportunities Ability to analyze market data, identify potential opportunities, and develop strategic plans Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software Benefits Salary negotiable Training & Development Performance Bonas Health Insurance Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
