Description Our client a leader in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry is currently looking to employ a Branch Manager based in Centurion, Johannesburg. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: Minimum 8 years' experience in the refrigeration industry preferred. Managerial experience beneficial. Must come from a sales background. Must have a matric. Technical refrigeration product knowledge. Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry). Intermediate MS Office. Proficient Excel skills. Proficient Interpersonal skills. Active listening skills. Networking skills. Customer service. Competencies: Multi-Tasking. Attention to detail. Rule-Following. Dependability. Open and Honest. Willingness to learn. Good All Rounder. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock. Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch. Review and report on the item group sales performance to the General Manager. Call and visit the branch's customer base (on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service received.
