We're looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager who plays a pivotal role in leading the KSA sales efforts for the company's IT products, services, and solutions. This position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.Job responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management· Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as their primary advisor for IT-related needs.· Analyze and understand client preferences, needs, and long-term objectives to provide customized solutions.2. Sales and Business Development· Lead the identification of new business opportunities within the existing client base and proactively pursue growth strategies.· Expand the company's IT sales portfolio by identifying and engaging potential clients.· Collaborate with Sales Development team to meet and surpass sales targets and revenue goals.3. Sales Strategy· Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company targets and market trends.· Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities within the account base.· Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions and services.· Create comprehensive account plans and strategies for each client, outlining objectives and action steps.4. Product Knowledge· Tailor offerings to meet specific business needs.· Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and solutions and effectively communicate their advantages to clients.· Tailor offerings to meet specific business requirements.5.
