Sales CoordinatorLocation: JohannesburgSalary: R20 000 - R24 000DutiesQuotes, Proforma Invoices for sales/rentalsInvoicing and general administrationjob card costings, cost adjustments, fixed assetsDaily banking allocations, remittances advices, debtorsMaintaining of rental fleet and service managerProjected sales and booking forms.Inventory and sales reportsService manager training(Sage Evolution) & problem solving.Assist with related duties as requested.Minimum RequirementsStd 10/Grade 12. Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.Minimum 7 years' experience in sales administration.Experience within a machinery or equipment or engineering.PC literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution.Time management skills and attention to detail.Good communication skillsTeam player.Ability to deal with customers and suppliers at all levels.Thorough, meticulous and accurate.Positive in manner
