Key AccountabilitiesResponsible to upload and download all stamen of claim, all defences submitted against CB, all judgment issued and all the expert report through court website and share the same with the respective Legal Manager and Admin unit.Coordinate with Legal Manager to submit all court request through the court website (cancelation request / Travel Ban request / General request etc...)Responsible to receive and follow-up on all email notification send by the court concerning legal department and ensure to check the case # through the court website and send it to the respective Legal manager for his action.Ensure to provide the paralegal officer with all the invoices paid through the court website on time with accurate data.SkillsOther AccountabilitiesPreparing any required report by Chief Legal officer and Head of Admin.Check and provide the related Legal Manager and Head of Admin with report related to (roll of hearings on weekly basis, defence and responds on weekly basis, cases scheduled for judgment, judgment issued to be appealed via Appeal or cassation court, judgment to be enforced) related to Civil cases.Create, modify, and draft letters, meeting minutes, memos, charts, tables, graphs, and other correspondence to support with the documentation and presentation required by Head of Admin.Check all type of Memos related to litigation Expenses, review all the supporting documents and submitted to Head of Admin and Paralegal manager (Legal Lawyer Fees, Legal Expenses, translation fees, Advertisement Fees etc…)Prepare and proceed with all administrative duties (Stationary, office supplies, arrange meetings, prepare Chief Legal officer agenda etc…)EducationBachelor degree or equivalent
