A great opportunity to join as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a Luxury 5 star hotel at DohaQualifications & Competencies:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region• Experience working with multicultural teams• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Ticktock as well as emerging platforms and trends.• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in relevant industries.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.• Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technology platforms.• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when scheduling posts and monitoring metrics.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
