Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceOversee the daily operations of the Finance departmentDirect and coordinate hotel financial planning and budget management functionsMonitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgetDirect and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agenciesPrepare annual reports of actual revenues, transfers, and expensesAnalyze financial outlooks and prepare financial forecastsPrepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisionsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirementsEstablish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating proceduresMaintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectivesServe as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issuesDirect financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvementsConduct regular checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioningTeam ManagementInterview, select and recruit direct reportsIdentify and develop team members with potentialConduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise within the management teamConstantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalismWork with Talent & Culture function to ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counseling and development of team members according to the changing needs of the businessConduct monthly departmental meetings to provide information to team members, obtain their feedback, rectify issues and provide a regular forum for department communicationOther ResponsibilitiesAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by managementMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesBe aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the ManagemenMain Complexity/Critical issues in the JobEnsure that both internal control as well as external expenditure must be properly recorded and handled with high integrity and honesty.QualificationsYOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:8 to 10 years' of work experience of which at least 3 years in the similar role.Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.Strong process orientation;Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the networkConfident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills.Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.Additional InformationWHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:Come As You AreWork With PurposeGrow, Learn and EnjoyExplore Limitless Possibilities
