He will be responsible for the completion of other services or duties as requested by the AV Supervisor / Shift SupervisorKEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures all work follows safe work practices and proceduresResponds immediately to all work requests which concern Health and SafetyResponds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous mannerOperates, maintains and repairs all audio, visual, lighting and related equipmentEnsures the optimum performance of all A/V and lighting related equipment by effectively following the preventive maintenance routineEvaluates and appropriately responds to equipment usage and energy efficiencyCompletes all work orders with due diligenceMaintains a daily log book highlighting problems and solutions; and activitiesMaintain A/V and lighting shop drawings and filesMaintain equipment catalogue and tagging directoriesCompletes tasks as assigned by AV Supervisor / Shift SupervisorMaintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned areaReports and documents potential safety hazardsParticipates as directed in the emergency response teamQualificationsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESGood basic English.Experience and knowledge of modern hotel rooms facilities equipment and set-ups.QUALIFICATIONSSecondary School + Technical College or equal.EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years Electrical/HVAC installation or maintenance experience preferably in Industrial - Commercial Projects. Hotels - Hospitals experience
