Using your experience, you will analyze drawings, actively participate in the production process and make recommendations to ensure smooth production while identifying and resolving potential problem.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate activities across Detail Engineering, Production Engineering, and Work Preparation.Ensure that production engineering meets functional specifications and quality standards.Lead a team of Detail Engineers and Work Planners, providing guidance and coaching to elevate their performance.Facilitate the development of your team's skills and knowledge, ensuring optimal deployment.Strategize and plan work implementation to align with project requirements.RequirementsBSc working and thinking level with relevant training in woodworking or mechanical engineeringSeveral years of managerial experience within production processes or engineering.Strong affinity for coordinating engineering and production activities.Proficient in Dutch and English.CompanyOur client is a world leader in the Yacht building industry.
