We are on the lookout for a Head of Investor Relations/Sales who will play a crucial role in selling our real-estate portfolio, with extensive experience working with Real Estate Fund Managers, Investment Firms, Family Offices and HNWI for real estate investments in Saudi Arabia.???? What you'll do:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives.Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.Meet and exceed sales targets by driving the sales team to deliver outstanding results.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.Prepare regular sales performance reports for the executive team.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.Maintain high level of communication with different departments.Overseeing leads from assignment through Salesforce management.Provide feedback to improve the product by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and a track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.???? What we're looking for:+6 years' experience in fast-paced working environmentsExtensive experience working with Real Estate Fund Managers, Investment Firms, Family Offices and HNWI for real estate investments in Saudi Arabia.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical skills and financial awareness - accuracy and attention to detail is criticalExperience working in Real Estate Investments / Investment BankingEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learnAbility to manage complex projects with cross-functional teamsThe candidate must be very comfortable with uncertainty and be able to determine quickly what the most pressing issues of the day are and to tackle themExcellent command of Microsoft Office and G-Suite toolsFluency in English is essential????
