Join us in contributing to impactful projects that shape the future.Mandatory Requirements24 months experience in the past 60 months using presentation software and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS PowerPoint and MS Excel).24 months experience in the past 60 months conducting comprehensive literature searches using social science databases (e.g., Psych Info; Psychlit).6 months experience in the past 60 months developing, collecting, transcribing, and analyzing interview and/or focus group data.6 months experience in the past 60 months using Nvivo to analyze data.6 months experience in the past 60 months developing, collecting, and analyzing survey data (e.g., descriptive analyses, mean comparison analyses, non-parametric analyses, ANOVA, MANOVA, ANCOVA, and regression (simple linear and logistic)).6 months experience in the past 60 months using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS).12 months experience in the past 60 months writing literature reviews integrating large and multifaceted bodies of empirical literature and preparing reports based on the analysis of the literature.One year of Doctorate studies in the social sciences.7 months experience in the past 60 months developing, collecting, transcribing, and analyzing interview and/or focus group data.7 months experience in the past 60 months using NVivo to analyze qualitative data.7 months experience in the past 60 months conducting statistical data analysis (including descriptive analyses and regression-based analyses).7 months experience in the past 60 months using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS).19 months experience in the past 60 months writing literature reviews integrating large and multifaceted bodies of empirical literature and preparing reports based on the analysis of the literature.6 months experience in the last 60 months using Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) for policies, programs, and/or research.TasksPerforming basic research, including compiling information, performing literature searches (internal and external to the organization), and writing annotated bibliographies.Conducting comprehensive literature reviews and analyses.Creating, managing, and manipulating (e.g., merging, reordering, tables, charts, and graphs) complex administrative databases, outputs, and data sets using packages such as SPSS, NVivo, and MS Excel.Coding qualitative data using NVivo.Preparing graphs, charts, and tables for research reports and presentations.Performing tasks using MS Outlook and Word.Developing presentations using MS PowerPoint.Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data generated from research (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups).Writing and preparing comprehensive literature reviews and reports.
