Job Title: Director of Technology Job Type: PermanentJob Overview:The Director of Technology will spearhead the technological advancement and strategic direction of our software products. This role involves architecting workflows, managing software and database architecture, and overseeing the development and deployment of our software solutions across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Software Architecture:Architect workflows, business processes, and user interfaces.Coordinate effectively between designers, customers, and developers.Oversee version control, enforce implementation standards, and direct team tasks.Database Architecture:Design and architect the overall database structure.Ensure adherence to best practices in database implementation and integration.Software Development Management:Oversee the development and maintenance of three core software products: Android, iOS, and Portal/Backend.Manage the AWS infrastructure supporting these software solutions.Technical Stack Utilization:Database: SQL, MySQLBackend: PHP, JavaFrontend: HTML, JavaScriptMobile Development: Kotlin (Android), xCode, Swift (iOS)Qualifications:Proven experience in software and database architecture.Strong management skills with a track record of overseeing complex software projects.Proficiency in the listed technical stack.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Desired Attributes:Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to drive projects to successful completion while managing diverse teams.Application Instructions:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and vision for technology innovation within our organization.
