Senior Cyber Security Engineer

The Role The Senior Cyber Security Engineer is instrumental in elevating the group's security posture through proactive analysis and the mitigation of cyber security threats and risks. This position plays a pivotal role in implementing security measures and embedding security processes through collaboration across IT and business. Experience Relevant degree ordiploma in Cyber Security. Advanced studies are advantageous (CISSP, OSCP, CISM or Linux). Continuous pursuit of security risk identification and mitigation. Demonstrable IT technical skills, particularly with security tools and applications. Understanding of scripting andcoding is advantageous. Strong understanding of information security principles and a proactive stance in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities. Experience in security analysis and risk management, showcasing strategic decision-making. Excellent analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for conveying complex security concepts.
