LEGENDARY TRADING CORP. is looking for a General Manager (NOC 00014)

Duties and Responsibilities as a General Manager (NOC 00014), but not limited to:

Establishing the long-term strategy, including identifying target markets, recognizing potential food import and export opportunities, and formulating or approving policies and programs related to food import and export.

Seeking new business opportunities, including new markets, new customers, and new food import and export products. This involves authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions related to food import and export.

Maintaining relationships with existing customers, handling customer issues and complaints related to food import and export, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Managing the company's supply chain, including food procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This involves establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns related to food import and export, and approving overall personnel planning.

Overseeing the company's financial situation, including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting. This involves selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff responsible for food import and export operations.

Ensuring all food import and export activities of the company comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This involves coordinating the food import and export work of various regions, divisions, or departments.

Leading and managing the company's staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. This involves representing the organization in food import and export related negotiations or other official functions, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization.

Identifying and managing various risks the company faces, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk. This involves developing risk management strategies related to food import and export, and formulating and implementing plans to address these risks.

Ensuring the company's food import and export products and services meet the highest quality standards. This involves developing and implementing food quality control policies, and overseeing the production and distribution process of food to ensure it meets quality standards.

Driving continuous improvement in the company, including process improvement, technological innovation, and cultural change. This involves developing and implementing improvement plans, and overseeing the execution of these plans to ensure they achieve the expected results.

Job Requirements:

Language: English

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 2-3 years

Wage: $61-62/hr
