Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager SoftSandila, Pakistan ecShirt Limited is looking for a talented and very competitive E-Commerce Sales Manager that thrives in a fast paced environment. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious online revenue growth objectives. Must be comfortable working with outside vendors, procurement, marketing and web development departments.Major Responsibility:Work on key performance indicators and develop plans to increase current metricsDefine Webstore strategy to drive more traffic to Infocus DirectReporting responsibility of Sales Volumes and Margin Percentage for e-commerce on a weekly basisEvaluate current strategic direction of the current e-commerce channel and recommend any necessary changesResponsible for overall profitability and sales revenue targets for overall e-commerce channelsEnsure proper stock levels and pricing meets needs of e-commerce channelsEnsure all links are working and database is up to dateProvide feedback to Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Vendors on webstore performanceProvide promotional direction and pricing recommendations for the webstoreMaintain and update the online marketing plan for the webstoreJob SpecificationProven sales track record of increasing sales, with 1-2 years of experience minimumGreat organizational skills and attention to detailSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) experience is a plus!Pay per click experience is a plus!e-commerce experience is a plus!Consumer product experience required in e-commerce role.Highly knowledgeable with business mathematics and terminologyExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsBasic understanding of channel distribution sales model a plusAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
