LTD, a leading ISP in Pakistan is looking for professionals to fill a key position on our Sales Department for Sales Senior Executives post.The Sales Senior Executives are responsible for the maximization of sales for a company's product.They help in the turnover of sales and strong feedback to our valuable customer regarding changes required in the services to meet customer standards.(Do not note down Salary Range, it depends on candidates skills.)Responsibilities:-Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales and conversion percentages-Train, motivate and evaluate coworkers-Organize daily activities, including coworker schedules-Set specific goals for store performance, customer satisfaction and coworker development-Gauge performance by monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and financial reports-Collaborate with coworkers within the partnership store-Review Terminated customers and respectfully communicate with customers to promote timely payments and try to retain them back-Network with partnership store coworkers to gain referrals Job Specification Required SkillsRequired SkillsRequired Skills-Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.-The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.-Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.-Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.-Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.-Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing the customers-Writing Proposals, Sales Promotion, Lead Generation, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Closing, Selling Skills, Sales Forecasting, Direct Sales, Account Mapping Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
