We specialise in interior contracting and the manufacturing of bespoke joinery, metalworks and sophisticated shop fittings.As a result of expansion in the key growth market of KSA we are seeking to appoint experienced leaders to take our business forward. Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Senior /Site Supervisor position (as well as other vacancies in KSA) shall be flexible and adaptable. In return, you will be rewarded with great opportunities to work on challenging projects in this key growth market.Role SummarySupervise and execute end to end work at multiple sites assigned by proper delegation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders within the defined deadlines.Duties and responsibilitiesOverseeing the Surveys for all the sites handledSupervising the Setting out/Marking - Interior finishes for all sitesPreparing BOQ with quantity take off (preferably with specifications)Prepare Work program/Scheduling of Project preferably in MS ProjectsPrepare / Review the Daily/Regular Site Reports with necessary progress pictures and report to PMHandle/plan and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirementCoordinate and follow up with several Trades on site - MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant etcAdhere and Monitor Safety/First Aid aspects on site - periodicallyReport/highlight to PM immediately in case of any discrepancy on site vs drawings, emergency, accident etcLiaise/Follow up with Factory team for Manufacturing/Delivery of required Joinery Items - per project requirementAttend site meeting with client along with PM to record discussions and prepare/act on points discussedBook time sheet of workers on a daily basisWilling to work for extended hours, weekends, and night shifts - as/if requiredAble to check as built quantities by subcontractors and submit report at time of completion of project for final account purposesPrepare O&M ManualsAssist and guide the team as and when requiredWe are looking for a versatile Senior/Site Supervisor in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:More than 5-8 years of previous experience in the fit-out industry, ideally working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforceEngage, coordinate with and Lead supervisors if requiredSuccessful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etcGood communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environmentVery strong technical and execution abilitiesUnderstanding of all trades involved in the fit-out process, including MEPWe are looking forward to receiving your application for the position as Senior/Site Supervisor in KSA in case you meet the above-mentioned criteria.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
