Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and completion. You'll manage timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage resources effectively within budget and schedule constraints. Oversee quality control procedures and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve design concerns. Communicate with clients regularly and manage their expectations. Develop and monitor project schedules, addressing delays promptly. Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain momentum. Lead project teams, providing guidance and support. Manage project budgets and implement cost control measures. Promote a safe working environment and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate project documentation and generate reports. Skills and Requirements: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong reporting skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum ten years of experience, with at least five years managing projects ranging from $5M to $10M. PMP certification or equivalent credentials are a plus.
