Let’s talk about what you will be doing as the Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager ● Relationship development and pipeline management through to qualification ● Contact acquisition and account profiling ● Opportunity discovery and qualification ● Connecting with selected industries and businesses by sending out personalized messages ● Prepare presentation materials and quotation ● Tabulate and review general and campaign data and outcome ● Achieving KPIs such as call volumes, qualified opportunities, and sales won If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might also help if... ● Analytical, creative, and data-driven team player who will own the strategy and execution across all the channels ● Actively listens to and has a pulse on the various industry news in the region and beyond ● Excellent customer engagement and rapport building ● Extensive communication and presentation skills; highly responsive to all incoming inquiries across platforms ● Strong writing and presentation skills ● Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate researched data in an easy-to-understand, concise way ● 3 - 5 years of Marketing and/or Sales experience and relevant experience in agencies and start-ups will be a bonus
