We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead and drive innovation in facility operations across the APAC region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize facility operations through the implementation of new technologies and engineering strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Innovation & New Technology: Lead the charge in identifying and implementing innovative technologies that optimize facility operations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve processes and systems.
- The ability to manage a team and portfolio remotely.
- Implement efficient and effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan for all APAC sites.
- Engineering Documentation & Change Management: Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to established change management controls for all sites. Maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Critical MEP Systems: Ensure all critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems are in optimal operational condition and maintained according to client's requirements. Implement preventive maintenance
- Ensure the delivery of 24x7 service operations, develop work operation processes, conduct training, preparation of monthly reports, implement operations work practices
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and CBRE health and safety policy’s and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractors activities, and are regularly reviewed.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or its equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations management or engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation and change management controls.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of innovative technologies and their application in optimizing facility operations.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to review and provide input on project works, including due diligence, design, and construction.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal key stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute project procurement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare and present technical reports and budget proposals.
- Ability to contribute to long-term strategy planning for real estate and capital projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute OPEX and CAPEX
