Ideally you have a passion for high-quality services and are looking for a new challenge. We’d like to have you in our team as our new Customer Operations Specialist! You will be a key member of TestingTime’s team and be responsible for the daily delivery of the best matching test users.
  • Supporting our clients through the recruitment process from A-Z
  • Selecting, inviting and allocating the suitable participants for the research study
  • Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues
  • Building long-term relationships with multiple contacts and companies to increase their engagement rate
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing
  • Handling customer and user requests via ticketing system
This job is for you if you have…
  • a background and experience in operations or customer service, ideally in a tech-based environment
  • a positive, enthusiastic attitude and going the extra mile when needed to fit in our company’s culture
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach
  • the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
  • the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines
  • an experimental mindset to suggest and try new processes, tools and methods to make our platform better every day
  • the ability to prioritize different urgent tasks at the same time
  • an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks
It would be outstanding, but optional if you have…
  • French language skills on top of German and English
  • experience in project / partnership management
  • knowledge of the Service Hub from Hubspot and/or the Zendesk ticketing system
  • Extensive training in the first few months to give you insights in the user research and UX world and our unique test user recruitment service
  • After your first successful year, you get a considerable yearly budget for further education, coaching and training
  • Fully remote job if you are not based in Zurich. If based in Zurich, we ask you to come to a modern office twice per week
