Job Description: Founder's Office and Partnership Intern (Remote, Full-Time) Company: Vidyayatan Technologies Location: Remote Type: 2 months Full-Time Internship (Monday to Saturday) Note: The internship can be converted into a full-time role provided the candidate performs all his duties diligently and produce excellent results. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Founder's Office and Partnership Intern to join our team. This full-time, remote internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and contribute to various aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for startups, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Research and Outreach:

  • Conduct in-depth research on the agriculture and food processing industries.
  • Identify potential partners and clients within these sectors.
  • Reach out to prospective partners, pitch our products, and design customised solutions for their needs.
Client Solutions and Communication:
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients.
  • Manage ongoing communication with partners and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
HR Operations:
  • Assist in the hiring process by identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Handle HR operational tasks, including onboarding and employee engagement.
Product Management:
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and enhance our offerings based on client feedback and market research.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and priorities.
Marketing:
  • Create marketing materials and content to support outreach and partnership efforts.
  • Develop strategies to effectively market our products to potential clients and partners.
Requirements 
  • Should have an undergraduate degree
  • Passion for startups 
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR processes and product management is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
