Immediate Joining Position: Social Media Executive Location: Bhopal, Bittan Market  Type: Full-time - Work from office Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 / month + yearly bonus Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling content (including posts, stories, videos, and graphics) that resonates with our target audience of students, parents, educators, and alumni.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster community and drive conversation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, and Design, to ensure social media content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms/tools to inform strategy and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the education or travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage audiences across different channels.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance and measure ROI.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns and activations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
