Allegis Group India is looking for a Business Analyst who has Experience in various ERP platforms like Oracle, SAP, RAMCO etc. (Human Capital Management, Finance & Accounting) and drive the evolution of the next generation solutions to the business challenges. Allegius Group India’s Ramco ERP is the single source of truth for employee and HR information, payroll process, accounting, financial management and reporting. The following are the systems and modules maintained for comprehensive operations and business management: - Human Capital Management (HCM) – Application is for permanent employees. comprises Candidate portal, On-boarding, Leave and Time management, payroll, employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS). Service Resource Planning (SRP) – Application for Technical employees (Contractors, includes Candidate portal, customized on-boarding platform, Employee Start Form (ESF), Leave and Time management, payroll, Travel and Reimbursement and invoicing. Finance (ERP) – modules include Purchase Request (PR)/Purchase Order (PO), Account receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Assets, General Ledger (GL), Treasury and Tax Business Challenge and Impact The Ramco ERP ecosystem drives the whole shared services for the 6000 strong Allegis India – from Onboarding, Payroll, Professional Services and Finance. As a Business Analyst you will be closely working with SME’s and process owners to enhance the HR/Finance/Procurement processes in line with system process, study Business processes, build Fit/gap analysis, forecast Impacts, compare As-Is vs To-Be process to ensure automation and streamlined business/system processes. Required Skill & Experiences Should have knowledge and understanding on HRMS, Finance and accounting platforms, processes, and terminologies. The person should have skills to analyse the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgradations and enhancements to existing systems. Should have strong interpersonal, consulting and communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships between internal stakeholders and suppliers (external service providers). Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement. Drive a culture of proactive risk identification within the process Excellent Project Management, Time-management, problem-prevention, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Proficient with MS Office Suite, excellent documentation skills, experience in creating detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations. Managing UAT, preparation of functional and technical Test strategy & plan, detailed test scenarios, testing, issue tracking & Sign-Off. Active participation in Change management, Production movement, Go-Live & hyper care support. Technical exposure to databases, ETL, and software development, Basic SQL or VB scripting to query databases and analyze data will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience required What is the experience range required to perform the role? Minimum 5 years’ experience as IT Business Analyst, with In-depth Knowledge on ERP Platforms preferably Ramco or equivalent. Overall experience of HR, Finance and SRP (Services/Professional services) modules will be an added advantage Any specific educational background required to perform the role? Graduate Degree/MBA with related Certifications (IT, Project Management, Business Analyst) Interview Information How many rounds of interview will be conducted? There will be up to 3 rounds of Interviews apart from HR round What will the focus of each round be? Round 1 and Round 2 will be on ERP and functional knowledge Round 3 will be on delivery, analysis, and communication. Location, Timings, and customer information What is the work location? Bangalore Corporate Office. What are the Work Timings? India working hours Who are the customers? (External/Internal) The customers are Internal employees of Allegis Group in India, and key global stakeholders Key Roles & Responsibilities Needed to closely work with SME’s & process owners to enhance the business processes (HR/Finance/Procurement) and system processes. Study Business process, build Fit/gap analysis, forecast Impact analysis, compare As-Is vs To-Be process Identify the Customizations/Change request that is not part of Product and require enhancements. Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD), Process flow diagram, managing the UAT, Parallel runs, System configuration etc. Preparation of functional and technical Test strategy & plan, detailed test scenarios, testing, issue tracking & Sign-Off. Active participation in Change management, Production movement, Go-Live & hyper care support. Drive Process and Application Improvement What are the top skills required to perform the role? Ability to Manage Stakeholders well Ability to understand the Business challenges and come out with possible solutions. Change Management and ability to translate the change to stakeholders well. Skills – Ramco or equivalent financial ERP (Oracle/SAP), Business analysis CTC will be market competitive.
