You'll be responsible for designing, building, and transforming our risk management ecosystem, supporting our continued growth and ambitious strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Deliver enhancements to our Enterprise Risk Management strategy, working closely with the Group Director of Risk Management.
- Design and implement risk frameworks and policies across our global divisions.
- Support the delivery of strategic risk initiatives and projects.
- Provide insightful analytics and risk management expertise to various teams across the organisation.
- Help us build a strong risk culture through training and awareness programs.
- 7+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on second-line functions like controls assessment and thematic reviews.
- Expertise in enterprise, operational, financial, and/or investment risk management.
- A passion for solving complex problems with simple solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
