**What We're Looking For:**

• **Expertise in Server Administration:** Proficiency with Windows Server (2022, 2019, 2016) and Linux (SLES) is crucial.
• **Endpoint Support Savvy:** Windows 10+, Android/iOS know-how required.
• **Messaging & Collaboration:** Experience with Exchange 2013, ActiveSync, Skype for Business, Office 365 (Hybrid/On-Prem), and SharePoint.
• **Backup Administration:** Familiarity with Veeam, CommVault, and Avpoint.
• **Virtualization & Storage Technologies:** Expertise in Nutanix, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp 7.5, and IBM Storewize.
• **Comprehensive Threat Management:** Proficient with Trend Anti-Virus, Forticlient, Symantec Message Labs.
• **Operational Excellence:** Ensure seamless system connectivity, address IT challenges, and maintain rigorous documentation and system performance standards.
