They are seeking a high-caliber FP&A Director to join our dynamic Consumer Business Unit. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be a trusted financial business partner, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive profitability and strategic growth.

Job Description

• Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement long-range financial plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business goals.
• Provide insightful commentary and recommendations on financial results, cost structures, and profitability drivers.
• Support the M&A team by conducting financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning for potential acquisitions.
• Manage a team of FP&A professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e. g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to translate business strategies into actionable financial plans.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in FP&A, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a FP&A leader within a high-growth FMCG or technology company.
• Strong track record of driving financial performance and profitability within a consumer-focused business unit.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including building and maintaining complex models to support strategic decision making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Experience supporting M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning (a plus).
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and data analysis tools
