As our in-house design wizard, you will develop our brand’s style guide and inject your ideas and vision into our ad campaigns, product launches and online events. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design attention-grabbing collateral such as digital ads, infographics and e-books, with briefs from the marketing team
• Design high-converting website pages, landing pages and sales pages
• Develop and update the branding & style guide for the company’s brand and sub-brands
• Conceptualise and design eye-catching collateral for product launches and online events
• Create and edit videos such as ads, event trailers and sales promotions
• Keep up to date with new graphic design, web design and video trends
• Maintain the resource archive: Images, footages, templates, working files, etc.
• Lead and work with remote-based designers to deliver projects on time and upkeep design standards

WHO WE SEEK

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Multimedia Design or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of design-related work experience

Skills & Platform Knowledge

• Graphic design − Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Video production/editing − Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Web design & content management − WordPress, HubSpot, CSS, HTML, responsive web design, conversion rate optimization, etc.
